My name is Christie Garmon and on ** May **** one of your sales rep (Elizabeth) came to my house to get me to use Vivint as my alarm company. I had Vivint in the past when I was stationed at Fort Bragg, NC before a lot of things have change with the company since then. Still with hesitation I decided to give it a try. I expressed to her that I didn’t have internet until a couple days and she said no problem, the tech will come back at the time when I get internet to go over the details using the camera. She said that the tech will come by my place to install my equipment that night* however, that didn’t happen (See Pic *). I decided to call him once I got the number at *:** and there wasn’t any answer so I called the sales rep and told her that he can come by tomorrow because it was too late. He did come by the next day to install the equipment and I also explained to him that I didn’t have Internet just yet and he said no problem just let him know when I get it so you can connect the panel to my internet. On Sunday I received a message about my garage door opener and it went away and on Tuesday the same message came back and stayed on (See Pic *). I sent a message to my sales rep and texedt and told her to contact the tech and to also let him know that I now have internet. He came by to fix the garage issues with the panel and also to put my internet information on the panel. While he was putting in the information he was showing me how the cameras worked and also a few more things that wasn’t briefed on the initial install. Later that day I was talking with the neighbor and she was talking about her service with Vector and all the benefits that vector had that was cheaper. My sister also sent me information on ADT about the discounts they have for the military. So I decided to call Vivint today to cancel my services to find the best company for me. I spoke with Austin and he said that I’m a day shy of the * day period but I said that I didn’t have all my services completed until yesterday. I totally disagree with my * day period start date. I’ve been having issues already with this company from day * when it was too late to come that day and to make matters worse the garage warning came back on again tonight (See Pic *). I would like for you to look into this matter and please grant my * day trial period so I can cancel my contract.**V*r*Christie Garmon***********
