We installed our system * months ago and paid for the equipment in advance. Our system has not worked correctly since the install. The phone app does not work either. We have been unable to get effective support. We decided to give Vivint the benefit of the doubt and attempted to expand our service with the doorbell camera and during install, address the issues we are experiencing. We ordered the service and have called * times to try and schedule with no appointment secured. With that said, we would like a full refund of the equipment ($***) and our two months of service (or lack there of). We will take our business to ADT.
I trust that Vivint will make this right and come up with a resolution that is fair.
