If you are looking to change an order you should not wait and should call in. If the order has already shipped then you will need to wait for it to be delivered and call in. If you are looking for a refund for an order or item you bought from Frigidaire then you will need to email or call the company directly. If the item was bought from a third party company then you will need to contact them, not Frigidaire.

Hello I placed two orders (******** and ********) yesterday night to watch Federer play at the Miami open. The match was rescheduled for today because of weather conditions, they showed an announcement on the court’s screen which I attach saying the tickets would be good to enter the match that would be played the following day (Wednesday).**I called Vivid Seats first time in the morning, around * am and the representative said the would call back or email as the company had not yet decided what they were going to do about this. The morning session started at ** am so a fast response was needed in order for me to organice either going to the match or reselling my tickets. I decided to go to the stadium were they said they would be exchanging the tickets. I drove ** min to get to the stadium, arrived ** am and stood in a long line in the sun waiting for my tickets to be exchanged for today as the rest of the people’s were. When my turn came I showed my tickets and the ticket person said those were not from Ticketmaster and the my were only exchanging tickets bought from Ticketmaster. They asked me where I bought them which I answered and they said they were sorry but that I had to call Vividseats so that they could solve the issue. I drove back and called Vividseats customer service inmediately. It was around ** am and no one from this company had called or emailed me as they said in the morning. I asked for a refund which they refused to make, they said I shouldnt have said I had bought the tickets from Vividseats as Ticketmaster didnt like them and said for these reason the exchange wasnt made. After an hour or more with the rep in line she said they would offer a store credit for half of the second order and nothing for the first order. Why, no reason only commented that they just made money from the service so that they couldnt respond for the total amount which was $***. I spent so much time trying to get them to comply with their ***% satisfaction policy, but It was impossible. I didnt accept their offer because as i explained the credit would be used to buy the tickets again and at that time similar tickets where around $*** plus service plus their other fees each so with that money I could barely get one ticket. If they would have gotten me new tickets just like the ones I bought this would hace cost a lot more so I am asking for a full refund of the money I paid for those tickets as I couldnt use them and Vividseats was unable to solve the issue and get me in the rescheduled event as all other tickets did. Last night I paid $*** for some tickets and it was like throwing them away, lost my money but hopefully you can help me get it back.**Thanks for your help,**Marcela Cure
