The issue in GetHuman-dvbottin's own words
My name is Denise Botting my order numbers ******** and*********total ** tickets to see "Wicked" Pantages theater on the **, I need the tickets for the **th, I am a senior citizen, and can not read tiny print saying no exchanges, I cannot sell tickets, I have contacted numerous people in your telephone office and have contacted my bank since the purchase is less than *hours, to dispute the purchase...I would like Vivid tickets o exchange the tickets for tickets *:** on *.**.**, since my bank tells me the payment is pending, the bank will be contacting you also, Time is of the essence, I live on a fixed income, I do want tickets to this event in the center
GetHuman-dvbottin did not yet indicate what Vivid Seats should do to make this right.
I expect if something is non refundable, buyer is responsible for selling their own tickets should be posted*same area, same font size as ***% Satisfaction, not unreadable font at the end of the transaction, which I have yet to see. Nothing should be non refundable in less than ** hours your the vendor...Not HUMANE
If vivid tickets wouldn't exchange the tickets, those that can attend the Saturday Event, I will have to absorb the loss, a single parent now retired who'd like to provide a family event for Xmas presents.
