I purchased ticket to Ed Sheeran concert for November **th concert in Atlanta.*The date was changed to November *th. I had no knowledge of this. Apparently a group email was sent out in September. I did not get that email and no other correspondence was sent. I only found out after the fact. I could have sold my tickets or possibly made arrangements if I had known o the date change. My daughter and I both came from out of town but only arrived for a Saturday concert. I looked on your concert schedule and it showed a Nov **th concert (also a November *th concert). I am requesting either a refund or credit for the ticket amount to be used for another concert. Customer service supervisor was extremely rude and did not help at all.
GetHuman1559829 did not yet indicate what Vivid Seats should do to make this right.
