Hey, I bought a ticket a few months ago on Father’s Day for my dad to go to the Tennessee vs Florida game (**** National Championship edition). The game is this Saturday and he just left last night for immediate training. He’s in the Air Force and won’t be back until two week from now. I have read there’s a no return policy yet I’m confused on how I’m going to resell a ticket when I get it less then ** hours before the game? That seems obscured. I’ve emailed twice about this problem within the last week and haven’t gotten a single response. I then called your customer service line and was offered help from a bot the whole time. I then tried using your live chat and was offered no help again. I sat in a chat room with nobody chatting or telling me to hold. I’m very disappointed with your customer service and how you present yourself. I’ve basically wasted $***.
