I was charged $*** for tickets that were impossible to deliver. E file does not exist for nfl and too late for paper or mobile then penalty for *** ???

Help with my Vivid Seats issue
The issue in GetHuman-peterare's own words
Use the e-file transfer of tickets. It no longer exists, although Vivid seats lists this as an option. *It did exist last year, that is why I chose this option. ... I posted my season tickets for sale($***) on VIVID SEATS for an E-file delivery. My tickets actually expired. Vivid sent me an email on *******. I renewed the posting.When my tickets sold , I found out the NFL no longer offers this delivery option. When I tried to deliver the paper tickets(same day) VIVID SEATS notified me too late to deliver paper and too late for mobile delivery. SO.............I had no options , according to the Vivid customer support team. Now I get an email that there is a penalty *$*** . They are charging me for tickets they sold e-file (that no linger exists and there were no possibility to deliver my tickets. WHAT A SCAM ......$*** penalty for not delivering....I had no options , and they should have known this , this is their business !!!!
They should have never sold my tickets , e-file was not available , and at the time , quote per VIVID , it was too late to sell the paper or thru mobile. THEY SHOULDN'T HAVE BEEN ON THE WEBSITE- they knew it or should have known it. SCAM BY VIVID- costs me $*** penalty , $*** for what ???
I would like someone to call me ***-***-****. I would expect no penalty as this is a new policy from the NFL and it seems you are benefiting from this new policy. REALLY ?? Penalty$*** ???
I have been a customer a couple years and have bought and sold. This year alone I bought $*** and have listed to sell $***.
I called immediately when I realized I could not E-file . I called Vivid on ******* @**:**pm. The service agent said there was nothing I could do to sell them. I TRIED !
