If you are looking to change an order you should not wait and should call in. If the order has already shipped then you will need to wait for it to be delivered and call in. If you are looking for a refund for an order or item you bought from Frigidaire then you will need to email or call the company directly. If the item was bought from a third party company then you will need to contact them, not Frigidaire.

I was placing an order for football tickets for my college age son last night. His roommates had used your service and although I usually go through another provider I decided to use yours as they did. I bought two tickets in the same row and section as his roommates. Once I saw the tickets there was a large “DECLINE TICKETS if you don't want them” button. It was my understanding that I could decline these tickets and the order with the button. There was no explanation that I saw that it was not what it was for.**I declined the tickets assuming it cancelled my order and ordered again looking for seats closer to his friends. Still not getting them I declined again, thus cancelling the order. On the *th try I got the seats we needed for him. I expected a charge for just the * tickets I accepted. I simply can not afford the * tickets, I really can not. I spoke with Dago in customer service who said he can not cancel for this reason and he refused to let me talk with anyone else. I am a single mom of * who needs to put food on the table and these * tickets were already a stretch for me. I am begging you at this point to cancel the first * orders that I thought I cancelled with the decline button sent to me. Please, please find it in the good of the company to do the right thing here. You can still sell these tickets but I can not provide for my family without being able to pay bills for this mistake.
