Hello, My name is Fenil Shah, and I submitted a review about Dr. Girish Pore of Atlanta Gastroenterology Associates in Alpharetta, GA on November 4, [redacted]. The review title was: "They MAKE the patients and NOT cure them." I would like to make some changes to my review comment: "Dr. Girish Pore of Atlanta Gastroenterology Associates in Alpharetta, GA recommended multiple tests that resulted in substantial billing. I found the diagnosis to be unclear and ineffective. During a difficult period, I felt taken advantage of. 1) Staff Behavior: The staff was unhelpful, confusing, and seemed to avoid patient interaction. I recall a conversation with his assistant, Adrianel Mondy, where she dismissively mentioned my frequent calls about pain, stating, "You keep calling here every other day complaining about your pain." She also disregarded my previous visit, citing the weekend as not valid and considering Monday a holiday. 2) Lack of Follow-up: They rarely followed up on test results unless prompted by the patient. Unfortunately, these interactions often involved their frustration and lack of concern. 3) Online Communication: Their online portal, meant for contacting the doctor, was unresponsive. When I raised this issue, the response from the assistant was, "I am the doctor's assistant and not responsible for that." I am still dealing with ongoing bills from this experience, emphasizing that this establishment prioritizes patient turnover rather than actual healing. I advise others to avoid this facility." I have observed that there is no available option to edit or delete this review. I kindly request a feature to edit the review if feasible.

I have encountered a review on my page that is completely false. The review alleges serious misconduct on my part, even though it was not written by an actual patient but by someone claiming to be a "verified patient." The claims made are disturbing, accusing me of assaulting her 26-year-old daughter and continuing a forced examination despite her protests. Such actions would be criminal, and it is perplexing that no official complaints were made if such a grave incident truly occurred. This false review is damaging to my reputation and could be driving potential patients away from my practice. I have carefully reviewed the terms of use on the website and believe this violates their policies. I am considering seeking legal advice but would first like to communicate with a representative from vitals.com in hopes of promptly resolving this issue by removing the deceitful review, which was authored by a family member, not an actual patient.

The information displayed on your website is inaccurate and potentially damaging to me and my patients. The unverified and anonymous reviews create a platform where anyone, including individuals with malicious intent, can post without accountability. This not only puts the reviewers at no risk, but also poses a liability risk for your website. Allowing unverified individuals to post reviews is irresponsible and legally questionable, especially given that HIPAA regulations prevent doctors from addressing reviews. Furthermore, reviewers often fail to provide substantive reasons for their ratings, making the feedback unreliable. I have never granted permission for my practice to be featured on your site, resulting in incorrect and misleading information, including a location that does not match reality. These inaccuracies in the reviews are evident, as no patients have ever visited the location suggested. Requiring me to create an account to correct these details feels like coercion. If you fail to remove any information related to me and my practice promptly, I will interpret your actions as malicious and pursue legal recourse. Discussions with my colleagues reveal that many doctors have similar negative experiences with your site, potentially leading to a class-action lawsuit.

I have sent multiple emails regarding my review. I am looking to either edit it or have it deleted. My legal advisors informed me that it is within my rights to make changes without needing a lawyer or subpoena. I do not recall agreeing to any contract that would prevent edits or removal of my review. Your website prompts me to suggest what actions should be taken, but it should be clear that in this situation, the appropriate steps are to either delete my review or permit me to make changes.

I am experiencing an issue with my profile. Despite having an excellent rating, it displays patients as "Highly Dissatisfied." This misinformation is causing patient loss and needs urgent correction. I seek assistance in changing the description to the appropriate "Highly Satisfied" status to reflect accurately on my profile. Dr. John R. C, Psychiatry in Montclair, NJ

Upon reviewing my profile, I noticed it incorrectly identifies my profession as a general dentist when I am, in fact, a board-certified periodontist. Additionally, it lists procedures that I do not perform, which would be unethical to claim. I do not handle crowns, veneers, fillings, or complete root canals. I have been unsuccessful in locating where to access my vitals account to update this information. Your assistance in resolving these inaccuracies would be greatly appreciated. - Dr. W. Trahan

I need assistance. In [redacted], I left accurate feedback about a California MD on Vitals.com. The feedback was removed by the doctor's office around [redacted]. Recently, it was brought to my attention that Cloudflare blocked my home computer, preventing me from accessing Vitals.com. Another patient, represented by a lawyer, faced a similar issue after leaving negative feedback. They are taking legal action in San Mateo Superior Court. This doctor allegedly reports negative feedback to Vitals.com, resulting in Cloudflare blocking the IP addresses of the patients. I refuse to pay to unblock my computer as I believe it was blocked unfairly. The MD had licensing issues in Colorado and caused me significant financial and personal distress. I want my computer unblocked promptly.

Hello, I am Dr. Mary DeVaul. I am writing to address a troubling review I received on October 29, [redacted], which inaccurately labeled me as an unethical drug pusher. This review is not reflective of my professional conduct. I believe it was written with malicious intent by a parent of a patient who has failed to adhere to our payment policies in the past, leaving me waiting for payment for 2 months. This negative review appears to stem from the individual's dissatisfaction with our billing practices rather than my medical services. I kindly request the removal of this defamatory review. Your assistance in this matter is greatly appreciated. Thank you, Mary DeVaul.

I have been enjoying my retirement for over nine years. Recently, I noticed a misleading rating of 2.3/5 under dermatologists in the Phoenix, AZ area, specifically under Dr. Evan G. Bauer. I am requesting the urgent removal of this inaccurate and defamatory rating. I kindly ask for confirmation once this matter has been resolved promptly. You can reach me at my home phone number (1)[redacted], which is connected to an answering machine.

On Vitals.com, there is a one-star rating without any explanation attached to it under my name. I am a physician, but I do not have an active clinical practice that would warrant such a negative review. This single rating stands out as the only one when my name is searched and unfairly portrays me. The review was left in [redacted], and I only discovered it recently. It is evident that this rating was left with ill intentions, and I kindly request assistance in having it removed. Thank you for your support in this matter.

I previously visited Psychiatrist Rukshan Azhar in Baytown, TX. At the time, I left reviews during a manic state. I am now under the care of a different Psychiatrist who advises me to have these comments removed. The headers from October [redacted] were as follows: 1. Incorrect diagnosis and wrong medications led me to seek help elsewhere. 2. Excessive wait times. 3. Unacceptable wait times. 4. Unacceptable wait times. 5. Secretary rescheduled me 4 times. 6. Concerned about the wait times. 7. Concerned about the wait times. 8. Office operates slowly. 9. Secretary was rude. I was experiencing issues with my medication which triggered my manic episode, causing me to write these reviews. I do not recall writing them, but individuals in a manic state, like myself, can make statements they later do not remember. I kindly request the removal of these reviews. Best regards, D.R.
