Order J*MPC*X* I paid $** on August **,**** to have Vital check obtain my Birth Certificate and I rarely check my email. When I did, imagine my surprise when they tell me to download my form to mail it in and pay an additional State payment of $** dollars that was already calculated in my purchase. I was sent a confirmation code but no PIN. I tried to have the system send me an email to retrieve it and never received one, so managing my account was completely out. I needed this birth certificate two weeks ago, and I paid for expedited service. I do not know if the typo in my maiden last name was on my part or whoever was handling my process. The last name should be ROBERTS and NOT RIBERTS .
