I orders my birth certificate and waited for my birth certificate to get here, and it never appeared in the mail. This has never happened before to me until now. They are responsible for my work career being put on the back burner. Then after everything was said and done they settled with a refund, after sending me a form to fill out for extra money to get my birth certificate, and another waiting process, to make a long story short they were not reliable enough, or even cared enough to fix the problem of me not having my birth certificate, which I still don't have, and now I have to wait on my refund for days, but what for, they did not have to wait when they withdrew the money from out of my bank account. But I have to wait and have been waiting on these people since the beginning. I remind you that this isn't my first time ordering a birth certificate, the first time was so much easier than this time for some reason, just don't order through these people. They can not do anything correct.
