I was very dissatisfied with the level of customer service I received from your representative Leslie when I had called your customer service line. I asked her simple questions, but her tone of voice of very condescending and she had assumed many of my questions and did not allow for me to elaborate. I was calling to cancel an order I had placed, but she did not allow for me to continue. Leslie said I did not have my documents turned in so my order was not complete. She said I had would have to contact the office in which I am requesting documents from and that I had reached VitaclChek. I knew who I was contacting. I had placed the order through VitalChek so I was contacting VitalChek to cancel my order. She should have simply explained that although VitalChek handles the order requests, I would have to contact the office of which I am requesting information from in order to cancel my request. She just assumed I did not know who I was calling and informed me to had to call the office. I was on hold for over ** minutes before Leslie picked my call and I was getting frustrated, but still provided Leslie with a hospitable attitude. I tried to ignore it to keep the conversation civil. I tried to confirm with her the phone number in which she had provided me with* she quickly cut me off and corrected me without confirming if I had it correct. I asked her if she knew the office hours for the the number in which she had provided me because I now reside elsewhere. I presumed if she had the contact information, she would also have the office hours. She smartly replied that she does not know because she is not located there. I tried to confirm the cancellation process with her once more, but she had cut me off assuming I knew the process. Overall, Leslie was short and provided a less than desirable level of customer satisfaction.
