I have been on hold for well over ** minutes. I attempted to place an order but it keeps giving me an extremely high total amount due. I am going to make a complaint with the better business bureau. The service that your company is providing is very unsatisfactory. Your company should be ashamed of the type of services you are providing. I think that there should be more than one company providing this service to the state of California. I think your service is completely ridiculous. It's going to be closing in on an hour being on hold. I DO NOT believe that your company has any phone operators to answer a customer's call.
