You*I worked my way through a conversation in a chat room that did not answer my question. It appears an additional response would be forthcoming if I entered a code that was sent to a phone which is not a cell phone. I had given up and hoped for the best. The next time I sat down at the computer (after asking the question which started with ** "I tried to add an item to my order * ********* ...* would have been able to continue if I had received a text on my cell phone. But the text, I later found out, was sent to my house phone which is not a cell phone. I did not keep a transcription of my whole question, but I probably gave that number because I thought there would be a phone call, and my cell phone (***) ***-****) does not work very well in my home. I can't say Vitacost helped me with my issue, because I was unable to get the answer. I received my original order but don't know what happened with the question that was my last communication. I cannot register a complaint because my question was not responded to. I went on a path that seemed to allow me to continue my efforts. I just usually ask to be contacted on the house phone. I just hoped that the content of the original question could be addressed, since the question and options proposed, seemed to have been available to whomever would next pick up the conversation. I had wanted to change the order in the ** minute grace period, but was unable to find a way to ADD something to the order through the available options. I received the original order but wanted to have the addition mailed without shipping cost because I had attempted the change during the grace period. Short of that I wanted to have a contact back to add item(s) to ratchet the cost up to an acceptable monetary amount to allow free shipping. If you're able to pass this along to an appropriate party, that would be great. The item was: Vitacost Magnesium -- *** mg - *** Capsules
