I first applied for unemployment on August **, after my employer let me go citing complaints with my work although there were no previous warnings. I had emailed my supervisor requesting a meeting to see if accommodations could be made for me to work from home as school was starting soon and my son would be attending virtually. I was told we would talk about it on Monday (August **, ****). When I went in for that meeting, he said I had been making too many mistakes and he was going to have to let me go. Again, no previous warnings about heading towards termination were given.**I have not received any calls, emails or anything regarding my claims. When I call the automated number to check, it states that my claim has not been processed due to an outstanding issue. I have not been able to reach anyone. I have tried calling, emailing customer service, emailing the local office, and even sending an email through the vawc website with absolutely no response. I need to figure out what's going on and how to proceed. My rent is due next week and all of my utilities are due. I understand the backup is tremendous but the need is crucial.
