I AM URGENTLY REQUESTING ASSISTANCE IN FIXING MY ACCOUNT SO THAT I MAY BE ABLE TO GET MY EARNED UNEMPLOYMENT BENEFITS.*I have successfully registered for payments, had * payment made to my bank account and completed weekly claims. HOWERER, I have received only * payment and most times that I want to file weekly claims the systems goes back to the registration process and I have unfortunately gotten * notifications that I have registered and will begin to receive benefit payments. On Saturday June * I got a notification that I had *“You have already successfully fulfilled an Initial Claim this week. To submit your weekly request for payment, you should log back into this site after midnight on Saturday and click the link “Unemployed”. File your weekly claim for Unemployed. File your weekly claim for Unemployed Payment.” *At about *:** AM on Sunday June * I logged into the system. I went to the Unemployed Services Section and found only the same * Links that I have previously had: There was no link for Unemployed Payment*I looked everywhere I could and searched “Unemployed Payment” and did not find how I can access the link for Unemployed Payment. Based on the notification I got on Saturday it appears that I am in the system as it stated that I had already successfully fulfilled an initial claim and that I should go into the system and click on Unemployed Payment.**I registered in Virginia Workforce Connection on April **, ****. I have submitted weekly benefits as follows:*Period:****Job Applications*********** - ************************ – ************************ - ************************ – ************************ – ************************* – **************Today is June **. I attempted to enter my weekly claims for the period ********** – **********. When I clicked on the link it took me back to my original registration process and asked to verify and update information. Unfortunately this has happened before. This time, however, I was entering the information when it required me to provide my employment history. After my first entry I was required a second history* however, the system had apparently accepted the entry I had just made and indicated there is no employment history. THIS MAY BE BECAUSE I HAD ALREADY HAD TO GO THROUGH THIS PROSESS SEVERL TIMES. NOW, I DO NOT KNOW IF ALL OF MY INPUTS TO YOUR SYSTEM ARE STILL IN THE SYSEEM OR NOT. I HAVE ABSOULTELY NO IDEA OF WHY ALL THIS IS HAPPENING. We have already had one service cancel our account and will likely have more unless I receive the benefits that I have reported and have only received one payment. I am afraid that I may never receive the payments that I believe I have earned.****I received my first notice for my claim for Unemployment Benefits with an effective date of ******** and a PIN of ******. My weekly benefit is $***.** and Stimulus benefit is $***.** for a Weekly Total of $***.**. I received one weekly benefit direct deposit in my bank account on **********. On that date I felt that everything was good and that I would be getting a direct deposit to my bank account weekly – but that has not happened. **In addition to getting my first notification that my claim for Unemployment benefits in the above paragraph I have also received the same notification letter with and same PIN with different effective dates as follows:**Effective Date **********Effective Date **********Effective Date ***********I AM VERY CONFUSED AND FRUSTRATED. IT APPEARS THAT I AM IN YOUR SYSTEM, HAVE SUCCESSFULLY FILED AN INITIAL CLAIM, RECEIVED ONE BENEFIT PAYMENT - BUT HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO GET A LINK THAT WILL ENABLE ME TO REQUEST AN UNEMPLOYMENT OR TO ENTER THE PIN THAT I HAVE BEEN ASSIGNED ON * OCCASSIONS.*MY FAMILY AND I ARE NOW RUNNING OUT OF ADEQUATE FUNDS TO PAY BILLS AND FACING THE PROBABILITY OF HAVING MORE SERVICES CANCELLED WITH RESULTANT LOWEING OF MY CREDIT SCORES.*I have not received a response to any of the email messages I have sent on this issue.*I AM STILL CONFUSED AND REQUEST YOUR ASSISTANCE IN MY ACCOUNT. I HAD SET IT UP AND AM ACCESSING IT WITH: LOGIN: TBSIU**$*Thanks for your assistance in this matter. (We have already had one of our service accounts cancelled due to not paying the bill on time)
