The issue in GetHuman-melbellf's own words
I got a Virgin Mobile ARC flip phone to use with Assurance wireless. I clicked on the swap phone link, and input the phones info. *Everything on the Assurance website worked smoothly, there is a pic of the phone and all the info is correct. *But, my phone tells me... "Initial programming required, press **VIRGIN*. *When I do this I get the message... *"Service is not available. *Error:**-**-**** *Contact Virgin Mobile at your service *-***-***-****". *So I called that number, and got a disconnected recording. *Next I called Boost Mobile. *He couldn't understand me & I couldn't understand him, but he told me I need to call*Assurance*and retrieve my account number. *So I called*Assurance, she was even harder to understand than him, then the phone disconnected. I sent an email to Assurance, and we wrote back and forth a few time, but I didn’t get the info I needed to activate my phone. If its not working soon I will loose my service.

GetHuman-melbellf did not yet indicate what Virgin Mobile should do to make this right.
