January *, **** Called *-***-***-**** four different times between *:** pm and *:** pm trying to reach a live representative to assist with the UICC unlocking of my Stylo *. No matter what you enter into the directory you are directed to a Boost mobile rep that can not assist you. The reps transfer you back to the directory. WTH I have been trying for ** hrs to reach a live Virgin mobile representative
GetHuman-keacoh did not yet indicate what Virgin Mobile should do to make this right.
