The issue in GetHuman-radcropr's own words
I went to the Virgin Mobile USA website and wanted to contact customer support to unlock my phone. I went to their contact page and in the form "Email us your question" I wrote all the info they should need to unlock my phone (or email me an unlock code). Long story short, * days have gone by and nothing has been sent to my email other than the original auto-response stating use case ********* if you need to contact us again about this email. I just want my phone unlocked so I can switch to a carrier that won't charge me extra to hotspot. I pay for * GB of *G LTE data each month and if I don't use it on my phone I should be able to access it via hotspot so that I may use the data I am entitled to before the month expires. I purchased the phone from the Virgin Mobile website in **** and have been on one of their prepaid plans for several years. My account is in good standing as I have enabled monthly autopay. There is no reason they should drag their feet except to keep me on for one more month.
GetHuman-radcropr did not yet indicate what Virgin Mobile should do to make this right.
