dear sirs I have today been trying to get a better deal for my recently bereaved sisters mobile phone, despite the fact she has had a contract with yourselves for some time and is disabled you have tried to force a new phone onto her without a concern that she wont be able to afford it and have left her unable to make calls despite her disability *I have to say I am very disappointed with your service and it has certainly made me very wary or using yourselves in the future or recommending your services*my sister tried talking to someone who has apparently decided to send a phone for trial and today I have communicated online for sometime with no joy despite having to constantly repeat what we were looking for *Yours disappointed and frustrated!*Libby Dunnett
