JERRY SCHROLL here it seems to me by e mailing complaints to u about my service from Virgin mobile fell on deaf ears I asked my phone be replaced and all I get is more emails from u .You have what I want from u in an e mail I sent you the only thing we get are calles on landline are prefixed with *** or *** never a number wo could call directly and speak to someone not wayt for a human as u say if you phone us at *** ******* please tell us who to call to solve our problem, my wife Christie Urichuk made our deal I was with her so please get me a new phone as mine is not working . u want *OO Dollars to replace it with a used refurbuished nor rite to pay *** when contract with * new phones was only *O DOLLARS or perhaps new ones were refurbed too please fix this call us talk to us no more e mails thank u were a re both seniors please help us I need a phone thanks Jerry Schroll
