My husband passed away in November ****. I cannot get through to VIrgin Mobile to speak with someone to turn off his phone number. Your online system does not work for me. I do not have access to his phone, and cannot get into his phone to retrieve any PIN you send him on his phone, since I can't get into his account and phone. I NEED to SPEAK to SOMEONE to get you to stop the automatic monthly charges I receive each month. He died in November ****. What does it take to get you to help when the account holder has died????? I need the phone number disconnected and I'd like my money back since November ****. Signed: His wife.
