I went on*line today to pay a bill from my savings account. My account has been frozen pending me sending proof of my National Insurance number.*They gave me a Free post address to post it to you but when I went to the post office they said that I couldn't send this recorded delivery as its free ?*I urgently need to get into my account so please will you send me an address to send this document to you so that I can have my account unblocked?
