My husband died Dec **th, ****, and I wanted to discontinue his phone service. I indicated Jan **th that his phone was lost via automated option, to discontinue service*billing. I could never get a live customer rep to speak to. I have been charged billing for January when I should not have been charged. This information applies to *** *** ****. Please cancel my husband's service. His name was Joseph T Shickles.
