I’m a new pay as you go customer I topped up with £**.** and put it in for a big value bundle pack I got a text saying all sorted And when I went to us my fone I was out of credit when it should be fine * ** days I’ve texted left messages and no one has replied back to me as a new costumer I’m disappointed I’d like it if you could rectify this as I can’t top up now for another month and I need my fone as I suffer with ill health and need my fone incase I have to fone the hospital
