Senmt request * hours ago and NO RESPONSE Just a note that * minute to live representative. Three hours is a VERY VERY LONG minute. I was considering REACTIVATING my MIFI **** from ****. Of which I do not remember phone number or pin for. And no access to online for same reason. But if I cannot reach a rep what happens if something goes wrong with service or device? What is up with such POOR customer service???????
