I am charged monthly on the same date and this month l was charged but than l wasn't a day after. My friend received a credit on her bill for Christmas for being a loyal customer. I thought your company did that for me this year and since l've been with virgin mobile longer than my friend who received her credit a few years back. However it was charged to my account on the **th after l spent money on my account thinking l was given a credit so now l have a ** dollar overdraft fee from my back because your company decided to put back that charge on my account. What you should have done was send me an email telling me it was a mistake that way l wouldn't have overdraft on my account. Now l have to pay that ** dollar overdraft fee which could have been your payment for next month.
