I purchased an iphone from you, for my wife, and we*ve recieved the SIM card to help set up and activate the iphone ,HOWEVER, we*er both in our ***s and have been unable to save and transfer her information from the old phone to the new iphone, prior to the activation. Is there a Virgin Mobile approved store, in our area, that we may be able to use for the information transfer and activation of her new iphone? Baltimore, Maryland *****-****
