Hi,*I am Myrna Portuguez (***) ***-****. I am assisting my sister, Gloria Alcordo who has a Virgin Mobile Alcatel one touch * (***) ***-****. Today, she received a message from your company informing her that her cell phone payment will end ********. As far as what Gloria can remember, she arranged that the monthly payment will be charged by Virgin Mobile, to her VISA card. Pls let me know how can this be resolved. BTW, this has been an ongoing issue so she will need assistance from Virgin Mobile on the best way to resolve the issue. Thank you very much.
