Help with my Virgin Mobile issue

I have a new unlocked IPhone XS. Told by Apple that my SIM card from my IPhone * would work. Can't reach anyone at Virgin Mobile to get new phone activated with same phone number and can't figure out how to do it on their site. I can't even find out from Virgin if I would need a new SIM card or not. And if I got one how would I ever get phone activated with them and keep my plan and phone number?**I got an email response after two days that said get a new SIM card (from who? them?) and to check their online info and boards. Nothing about my old * SIM card working or not. Nothing about getting phone number switched etc.

GetHuman-slreidsl did not yet indicate what Virgin Mobile should do to make this right.
