i put $** on my account today with a pre-paid phone card. when i went to the page to check my account, the page wasn*t working. has the $** been credited to my account, and when is my next payment due?? and when i called customer service i got number prompts, but none of them were to talk to a person! what kind of customer service is that??
GetHuman-nickiee did not yet indicate what Virgin Mobile should do to make this right.
