I have been trying to call Virgin Mobile since * a.m. to activate my new phone so I can swap My Old Virgin Mobile phone to my new Tempo phone which is also Virgin Mobile no one's answering the phone and they're telling me they're closed after they take all my information my meid my ICC number and my phone number and my account number after they get all that they told me hold on I have a **-second wait and then they come back and tell me they're currently closed give me the hours including weekends and hours means they're open but they're saying they're closed please help I just need to activate my phone and swap it
