I want to activate my new Tempo phone then I can just swap and have the minutes transferred to this phone but I need to do it tonight ... I topped up my old Virgin Mobile phone and now I am trying to switch that phone to my new Virgin Mobile phone and I cannot get it done for some reason without customer service
I am disabled and I am using this app because it seems like it's supposed to be easier and I cannot get anyone to answer the Virgin Mobile customer service line I need this phone cuz I'm having to borrow my friend's phone to try to accomplish this and he needs his phone back
Just helping me get my new phone activated so I can get my friend his phone back and not be without a phone during the wee hours of the night and be able to get online and do some research on some medical problems and tonight would truly be great
I'm been a Virgin Mobile customer for ** years I'm ** years old .the co. has always done their best to take care of my problem always always taking time to listen to my problem and fixing it as well. Virgin Mobile has always accommodated me also making the situation as comfortable as possible so that my day week or even months are more comfortable making me feel that I am truly VIP for me Virgin Mobile fits me . Don't get me wrong there have been mistakes but we're all only human and at least when a mistake is made they go the extra mile to show that they are apologetic
The only thing I've tried is calling customer service which doesn't work looking for directions in the box then I may be missing which I'm not and now this app because it seems like it would be easier and I've already gotten a response one response but my phone still isn't activated I know that you need more information probably to activate the new phone
