My cell phone was just fine for the last six week,then three days ago I was not ablt to send or receive text or phone calls from my house.

I was trying to make a call from my home and it would not go through ... I can't text or call from my mobile phone at my house.Everything was working fine for the past six weeks,My carrier is Virgin Mobile,I had this issue around * seeks ago,and the trouble shooter,said to drive down my road about half a mile,and when I have * bars pull over and he gave me some numbers to put in then the problem was resolved.
When I tried to call out a recorded message came on and said she would connect me with an operator and then I could use a credit card to make a call,but the message just kept on repeating.
Just give me the numbers to put into my cell phone when I go down the road to get a good connection from the local tower
Over a year
I shut the phone off,took out the battery,waited thirty seconds,then put it back in. I turned the cell phone back on and couldn't text or call anyone,not even when I went outside to call
I have an issue with Virgin Mobile too
