My phone has said no service since *:** tonight even though I am in areas that I always have service and my bill isn’t due until the **th of August. I shut it off and turned it back on a couple times and it would say LTE and then go back to no service a couple minutes later
Okay so I called and they told me to do exactly what I have been doing I reset my phone and it worked again for an hour and now keeps dropping service. I’m about to just switch carriers because they are no help whatsoever
GetHuman-tpaiva did not yet indicate what Virgin Mobile should do to make this right.
