I was trying to buy the Samsung J* Refine on the Virgin Mobile website and when I tried to buy the phone, it said that there was an issue placing my order and to call the customer service number. When I called the customer service number, I didn't get to speak to a representative and all it did was tell my to buy the phone on the Virgin Mobile website which is what I tried to do in the first place. Help.
