Make a simple call, get a phone for someone with severe anxiety, talk to him so he doesn't feel alone and distressed ... I activated an account and did so because I had an emergency. However, even though I got a number I can't make a call. When I try, I get an error message saying that my account could not be validated. I don't have a phone now and can't even call the virgin mobile customer support. I am beyond frustrated. I simply want to know how to get the phone validated, hopefully through the internet. So how do i do it?
The process for fixing issues is faulty. Why can't l call *** and get assistance. You want my money upfront but there is no recourse for a situation such as mine

I have been a customer for years and I hoped this would mean easy proceedure. I am gravely disappointed.
Checked to see if phone is activated, it is, I have paid, I have a number, I can't use the phone. Tried calling ***, tried contacting virgin mobile, I am here. *** number was a fast busy.
