I purchased an ANS cell phone & paid $**.** *$*.** I did not like phone & sent it right back to Virgin moble. I was billed on ********* Now assurance is billing me for the phone I sent back to you. Please check your returns & notify assurance you received phone back. Impossible to get your customer service Patra Grimm assurance * ********** I was billed on my American Express VIRGIN MOBILE SENT ME A PREPAID RETURN LABEL. TOLD ME TO PUT ON THE RETURN LABEL & DROP IT IN ANY MAILBOX. I IDID JUST THAT. GOT A BILL FOR THE RETURNED PHONE ANYWAY. CHECK YOUR RETURNS THE PROLEM IS NOT FIXED.
