Help with my Virgin Mobile issue
I am not getting any signal * or one that doesn't cut out so much I can't tell the person what my problem is ! this has happened before when they say I have zero balance ( yet my bill gets drawn from my credit card every mo. , just like it always has ! This is a very bad time for me to be without a phone , Help me !
I trust that Virgin Mobile will make this right and come up with a resolution that is fair.
