I am an angry customer. I have a new phone. Right away i got a message saying the sim card was invalid. I took the phone back to the store and was told the problem would go away. It came back today, and I CAN'T REACH A LIVE REPRESENTATIVE. SHAME! THAT IS NOT FAIR TO YOUR CUSTOMERS. YOUR SERVICE IS BELOW PAR!!*I need to get a better phone -- one that works. I will not pay for a new sim card. The phone doesn't work so you can't call me. The number is ***-***-****. my pin is ******.
