I purchased a $** dollar phone card for my phone. I received a text (June * or *) confirming that the amount was added to my account and would be used on my next monthly charge. Just today (June *), I received another text saying I had to purchase (another!) one of those cards to keep my service. This is a card I already purchased. Why am I told to buy another card when I already paid for next month's service? Shouldn't my service still be good to use?
GetHuman-kidstol did not yet indicate what Virgin Mobile should do to make this right.
