Virgin Mobile didn't send me sim card for * months to start the service but they invoice me for it. I can't contact them, I tried many times. Once on the live chat I told them about it but they told me they would send me to a different dept to solve the issue and then the agent dissapeared. I had to go to a different operator to get the mobile contract because my old one has expired and I lost my number. Now I want to cancel the contract with Virgin. It's not working because of their fault and I don't need it anymore.
