I phoned for help a few days ago..my mobile is saying I am not available to take calls on several occasions. I have my phone on me at all times and it is not ringing when people are trying to contact me. This is a dangerous situation as my husband has terminal cancer and the hospital often needs to contact me. *On my last call the young man told me he had fixed the problem. *It has not been fixed as my daughter had to dial * times this morning before my phone rang. *I have dialled *** x * today and my call is not being answered *At the moment I have been listening to your dreadful music for nearly ** minutes,,*DREADFUL customer Service.
