I arrived in Cyprus yesterday, **.**.**, for a three weeks holiday.*Today, I received from Virgin a request to update my Direct Debit details, which must be done today, otherwise I will lose the service, which I already have. *I am unable to comply because as for my own 'Security ' whilst away, I have not brought my main Bank A*c debit card with me and have no way of providing the d*d details or even my virgin mobile account number to assist.*I have been a virgin mobile sim card account customer for a number of years and always paid by monthly d*d without any problem.*About four days before travelling I checked via *** on my mobile re use abroad and received a automated reply that I was OK to use.*I just want to establish my mobile phone service on *****-****** as I am unable to contact home (where my daughter uses another virgin sim only card I pay for on my d*d.* Thank you, Mike Fairweather.*P.S. It would be helpful if you could e.mail a copy of this notification to me for use on my return.
