Virgin Mobile has given me grief the day I made a call. I was billed £*** for no reason and for months they have been telling me that the amount has since been reversed and the balance is zero. I requested for a nil balance statement and a letter confirming the same and I get a letter from BPO demanding for £***. I spoke to someone on **th August, they said the manager will reverse the entry and I will be sent a letter and an email within * to * working days but I waited until **th September and at **:** Spoke to Ada ref: COM******** and was given the same story we are sorry it was not removed but will be done now and we shall inform you in writing within * to * working days. Again I waited and called on **th September as I received a letter from BPO demanding money again and spoke to Chey at **:** am removal reference: COM********* Staff ref, Mark-z*******, I was yet again given the same rubbish that I never received. I called again on *th October and spoke to Maria at **:** amYet was given same rubbish that the amount has been removed but unfortunately they cannot confirm to me as they have no access to internet or mailing the statement to me. They are working on the system. Please listen to the conversation, it is amazing should be on a comedy programme on television. Reference no I was given again were. Mark-F*******.*Your reference number is: FA******** your BPO ref no: *********, Name is Rohail Khan. Address is ** Priory Close, Wembley. HA* *SE I want this nonsense to end here and want BPO to be informed accordingly and I want all the correspondence to be posted to me urgently.
