I spoke to two people today from Virgin. First one being a Mr Mark. I tried resolving a issue with him and he was belittling me. Was extremely unhelpfully and would only assist if I made a payment. I am a customer for over * years! The way my account was set up I always get cut off a week before my payday so I am having to call and request a * day extention and then payed my bill in full! have always payed my debt and I also for multiple years experienced issues with Internet speed. I game online professionally. the amount of times I was kicked out or lagged out are unimaginable. when raised the issue ibwas compensated £*.**. **I now owe Virgin ** pounds in which I am happy to pay but will not pay a late payment fee of * pounds. I wont! And if I need to take legal action or battle this in court no problem so be it. I tried compromising with Mr Mark saying I will clear my account on next week wheb I got payed and that I needed an extension for * days as I always have done. He was reluctant to help nor understand I am a vulnerable adult with disabilities and self isolating plus the issues we all going through covid. the last few months ive been shuffling payment and been paying * months of debt together. As other bills amount and I am simply trying to survive and go days weeks without proper food. I requested a manager and funny enough he said he was the manager and wouldn't connect me to speak to anyone else. So I asked for a complaint to be logged on my account and requested the audio recording of the call to be sent to me. He said okay and have a good day.**I closed the phone and re dialled. I then spoke to a gentleman that I can not remember the name and explained all this to and also told him I would be without Internet for a week yet have you Virgin expect me to pay for it plus a late payment fee by the time I finished explaining he expressed how he completely understood my feelings and thoughts towards the matter and said he would give me an extension and to expect a call within ** hours. Since the afternoon Ive had Internet. Now at **:** I have been discontinued again....
