Hi I have a Samsung mobile on Virgin Media that I keep in the car for emergencies only. I do not use it very often and have had it for over ** years so it is very basic. I have just switched it on after several months and read a message from Virgin (sent in July ****) asking me to send my postcode for a new SIM. I also think that my credit is nil so cannot send calls or texts. What do I do? I need help please.
