The best way to submit a complaint is actually submitting the issue over the phone and asking to speak with a manager. You can also submit feedback forms using email or on the website. You can also submit the issue to the local manager.

We were informed that our telephone line would be replaced on **th April after an engineer had found that our existing line was no longer serviceable. On that day a team turned up and suggested that maybe a VoIP connection would be the best solution and so another date was given to us, today (**th May) between **:** and **:**. A van turned up at **:**, someone got out, looked at the connection on the outside wall, returned to the van and waited for a while (we thought until the rain had ceased) and then drove away. We still have a very dodgy phone connection, having no line at all during parts of the day. We don’t have a clue what is going on and to say I'm P'd off would be an understatement. Unless this is resolved VERY soon then I will be leaving Virgin all together!
