Installer came with virgin v. I. P bundle said I didn't have cable or connection. I informed him I'd had virgin before at this property. He said he'd have to start putting cable thru walls etc. I said no. He installed my broadband took TV away and told me to cancel it. I rang to have it installed again as I have no TV service now. They told me wouldn't be installed till May. I'm paying for no service. If I want it installed earlier I have to pay. Manager said he'd ring me back he didn't. I want it installed now?
