Old,defunct non-working cable box replaced by Tivo in November. *st box didn't work but engineer left saying it was downloading. *nd engineer (a star) identified box faulty, replaced and service resumed. Although there were some channel issues which were resolved. The automated system did not ask the right questions to sort this problem and had to resort to paid calls to get this sorted*Bill arrived with increase of £*.** pcm for changes to bundle. There was no change to bundle still the same TV Player and Phone Talk More Anytime. *Had webchat, told bill was wrong, it would be amended, a new bill would be sent . No new bill received, partial refund made. No access to webchat for ** hours and no way to actually SPEAK to someone about the queries. Bearing in mind customer is ** years old & DOES NOT have broadband your processes are not customer friendly.*As her Daughter I am now trying to sort this sorry mess out.
